WHY BELDING PERFORMANCE?

Adam Belding is a strength and conditioning coach with over ten years of experience. He has been coaching athletes of multiple platforms, from youth sports to professionals, helping them reach their highest performance levels. As a veteran himself, Adam also works with the local Army recruiting center to prepare future soldiers for boot camp. Adam focuses on every athlete’s individual needs and formulates an individualized program focusing on strength, speed, power, mobility, and agility to help them achieve their goals.

Adam earned a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology from Hofstra University. At Hofstra, he worked side by side with Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, and Cross Country. From there, Adam was the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Clearwater Threshers, a minor league affiliate for the Philadelphia Phillies. In 2016, Adam established Belding Performance focusing on training clients locally while also providing online training to athletes remotely.

Belding Performance is  a full service performance center, targeted towards current, and former athletes, as well as anyone who is dedicated to improving their well-being through health & fitness.

We provide our clients with the platform to reach their performance goals, through injury prevention, enhancing strength & speed, improving mobility, all while educating our clients on means & methods to pursue and maintain a healthier lifestyle.

Group Sports Performance

This small group setting creates camaraderie in an environment that is challenging and motivating. Each athlete may have their own program, their own needs and have their own background but they will share the same opportunity to work towards their goals together.

Sports Consultation

Every athlete has different goals, different training experience and different injury history so no two training programs should be alike. During the initial consultation we will discuss how we will go about getting you to your goals together. We will go through a detailed testing protocol measuring mobility, lower body strength, upper body strength, speed and power individualized for your sport.

Private Sessions

Remote Programming

Remote programming allows you to get individualized programs based on your goals and equipment availability. We are able to train athletes from all over and are able to give them the accountability and coaching they need even if they are unable to be in our location.
